摘要 传统的电力网络脆弱度综合评判预警方法,没有充分考虑电力网络负荷变化的突发性和实时性等特点,使得出现过负荷增加脆弱点判断阀值不定,评判效果不佳。提出基于半软阀值的电力网络脆弱度综合评判预警方法。提取电力网络负荷特征,利用非线性滤波的方法进行滤波;引入软阀值过负荷检测方法,准确检测出过负荷点,确定电力网络脆弱度等级,并对其进行多参数软阀值综合评价,根据评价结果,及时进行预警,完成电力网络脆弱度综合评判预警。仿真实验结果表明改进的预警方法进行预警,预警准确度高、效率快,降低了电力网络的脆弱度。 Traditional early warning of power network vulnerability comprehensive evaluation method, without fully considering the electric power network load change is sudden and real-time characteristics, has been load increasing vulnerabilities determine threshold, to judge the effect not beautiful. Based on semi-soft threshold warning of power network vulnerability comprehensive evaluation method. Extraction of power network load characteristics, the use of nonlinear filtering method for filtering; Introducing the soft threshold overload detection method, had been accurate detection of load point, determine the electricity network vulnerability grade, and carries on the multi parameter comprehensive evaluation, soft threshold, according to the evaluation results timely warning, complete power network vulnerability degree comprehensive evaluation. The simulation results show that the improved early warning method for early warning, early warning and high accuracy, high efficiency, reduces the power network vulnerability.
