摘要
汽车发动机冷却风扇工作时,室内噪声出现冷却风扇轴旋转基频的5.3阶左右噪声峰值(双风扇,叶片数均为6片),为明确该异常噪声源产生的具体原因,综合分析冷却风扇激励源、主要传递路径等因素,利用实验手段对噪声进行详细诊断分析,确认引起噪声的原因是风扇涡流噪声。风扇与散热器之间的距离对其有较大影响,通过风扇与散热器之间的距离优化,降低此噪声对室内噪声的贡献。
When automotive engine’s cool fans (double fans, 6 blades for each) in operation, about the 5.3th order noise peak of the rotation fundamental frequency appears. In order to find the reason of this abnormal noise, the factors such as the excitation source of the cooling fans, main transfer path etc., were comprehensively analyzed. By means of experiments, the noise was diagnosed and analyzed carefully. It is confirmed that the noise cause is the vortical noise and the distance between the fan and the radiator has a strong influence on the noise. By adjusting the distance, contribution of the vertical noise to the interior noise can be reduced.
