宽频消声器在增压发动机进气噪声控制中应用 被引量:8

摘要 文章阐述增压发动机进气系统的消声原理,并通过增压发动机进气噪声调音设计的具体案例说明不同消声器的设计及应用的基本方法。首先,利用仿真分析方法计算消声器的传递损失理论值;然后,在测试台架上对样件测试,通过声压级差来进行声学结构调整和优化;最后在实车上验证消声器在整车应用上的效果。实验表明,在进气系统设计1/4波长管可有效的消除涡轮增压器的气流啸叫噪声;多孔宽频消声器可有效地控制涡轮增压器的泄压或气流噪声。 Noise attenuation mechanism of turbo engine’s intake system was discussed. Design and application methods of different broad-band resonators with acoustic tuner-1/4 tube were introduced through the intake system tuning design of the turbocharged engines. First of all, the computer simulation was done to obtain the intake system’s transmission loss (TL). Then, rig test of the intake ducts was done, and the acoustic structure of the intake system was adjusted and optimized through the difference of the sound pressure level. Results of an actual vehicle validation test show that the broad-band resonator and 1/4 tubes can effectively reduce the turbo-charger’s air-flow noise.
