昏迷患者压疮发生原因、预防及治疗护理对策探讨

目的探讨昏迷患者压疮发生的原因、预防,及治疗护理的措施.方法：回顾性总结38 例昏迷患者压疮的临床资料,并加以分析.结果：昏迷患者是压疮发生的高危人群之一,昏迷患者压疮防治护理技术十分复杂.结论：压迫时间过长致局部供血不足是昏迷患者压疮形成的主要因素,不同时期压疮的治疗护理既有相同处,又各有侧重点,周密的护理可以预防压疮发生.

Objective:To study the coma patients with pressure ulcer causes, prevention and treatment measures of nursing care. Methods: A retrospective summary the clinical data of 38 cases of coma patients with pressure ulcers and analysed. Results: Coma patients with pressure ulcers is one of the high-risk groups, coma patients with pressure ulcers prevention and technology is very complex. Conclusion: Compression time is too long to local blood supply is insufficient coma patients with pressure ulcer formation of many factors, the main factors in different period of treatment with pressure ulcers are both the same, and have different emphases, careful nursing can prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers.
