临床护理路径管理在妇产科中应用的效果探讨

目的分析临床护理路径管理在妇产科中应用的效果.方法：选取50 例病人,随机分为对照组与观察组.对照组病人施以常规护理,观察组施以临床护理路径管理,比较分析这两组护理效果.结果：观察组护理满意度100%,对照组为72%,差异有统计学意义（X^2=17.2896,P〈0.05）.结论：对妇产科病人施以临床护理路径管理,能有效提高病人护理满意度,并能有效帮助病人早日康复,有临床推广价值.

Objective: to analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway management in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: the study was selected from 50 patients in our hospital from August 2015 to April 2014. Divide it into two groups randomly, that is, the control group and the observation group. The control group were subjected to routine nursing care, the observation group of patients with clinical nursing path management, analysis of these two groups of nursing effect. Results: the satisfaction rate of the observation group 100%, control group was 72%, the difference was statistically significant(X^2=17.2896, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical nursing path management in obstetrics and gynecology patients can effectively improve patient care satisfaction, and can effectively help patients recover soon, have clinical promotion value.
