二至增膜汤对IVF-ET失败患者不良子宫内膜血流的影响研究被引量：2

摘要目的探讨二至增膜汤对体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）失败患者“薄”子宫内膜血流的影响及机理.方法：选取62 例此类患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各31 例.治疗组行二至增膜汤治疗3 个周期,对照组休息3 个月经周期,再行IVF-ET 常规方案胚胎移植.观察前后2 个周期hCG 注射日的子宫内膜血流、子宫动脉血流、临床妊娠率.结果：治疗组在hCG 注射日的子宫内膜血流及子宫动脉血流指数RI、PI 均较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）.两组临床妊娠率差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论：二至增膜汤能改善子宫内膜血流,促进子宫内膜生长,提高临床妊娠率 .
