180例妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制孕妇妊娠结局分析

目的就180 例妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制孕妇妊娠结局进行探讨.方法：选取妊娠期糖尿病180 例患者为观察组,基于血糖控制情况分为血糖控制不满意组和血糖控制满意组.选择同期体检的190 例健康孕妇为对照组.结果：血糖控制满意组在新生儿窒息、巨大儿、妊娠期高血压、早产儿、胎膜早破、产后出血、羊水过多等方面的发生率与对照组的差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;血糖控制不满意组的发生率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：尽早筛查确诊GDM 孕妇,适当控制饮食,必要时加入胰岛素治疗,有利于合理控制妊娠期糖尿病的血糖水平,取得良好的妊娠结局.

Objective 180 cases of gestational diabetes blood sugar control pregnant women pregnancy outcomes were discussed. Methods： 180 cases of gestational diabetespatients treated by as the observation group, based on blood sugar control, can be divided into two groups, respectively is dissatisfied with blood sugar control and satisfied with bloodsugar control groups. Another choice at the same time to the hospital physical examination of 190 healthy pregnant women as control group. Results： The satisfaction group bloodsugar control in neonatal asphyxia, macrosomia, gestational hypertension, preterm premature rupture of membranes, and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, hydramnios don＇texist obvious differences with the control, not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Dissatisfied group blood sugar control in neonatal asphyxia, macrosomia, gestational hypertension,preterm premature rupture of membranes, and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, hydramnios, etc and the control group, there are evident differences between statisticallysignificant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Early use of various glucose screening method for diagnosis of GDM pregnant women, appropriate to control their diet can also join insulin therapywhen necessary, it can conducive to reasonably control the gestational diabetes blood sugar levels, reduce the maternal complications and achieve good pregnancy outcomes.
