加味平胃散对消化不良湿热蕴脾证黄腻苔的影响及临床疗效观察

目的探讨加味平胃散对消化不良湿热蕴脾证黄腻苔的影响及临床疗效.方法：将68 例消化不良的湿热蕴脾证黄腻苔的患者随机分为对照组33 例与观察组35 例,分别给予多潘立酮片、加味平胃散中药煎剂进行治疗.比较两组临床疗效、舌苔分级情况、中医证候积分.结果：观察组临床总有效率94.29%明显高于对照组78.79%（P〈0.05）;舌苔分级情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;舌苔黄腻、脘腹痞满、食少纳呆、口干口苦及身重困倦等中医证候积分均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：加味平胃散可有效改善消化不良湿热蕴脾证黄腻苔的临床症状,提高治疗效果.

Objective: To investigate the modified Pingwei Powder greasy fur effect and clinical curative effect on dyspepsia spleen dampness heat yellow. Methods: 68 patients with dyspepsia heat retention spleen yellow greasy moss were randomly divided into control group(33 cases) and observation group(35 cases) were treated with Domperidone Tablets and modified Pingwei Powder Decoction of Chinese medicine treatment. Comparison of two clinical efficacy, tongue grading, TCM syndromes. Results: clinical observation group, the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group was 78.79%(P < 0.05); tongue classification was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05); yellow and greasy fur, abdominal fullness, anorexia, dry mouth and body weight are drowsy and TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than the controls(P < 0.05). Conclusion: modified Pingwei Powder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of indigestion of damp yellow greasy fur, improve the therapeutic effect.
