口腔颌面部血管瘤治疗指南

目的探究治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的有效方法.方法：64 例口腔颌面部血管瘤患者随机分为实验组与参照组各32 例.参照组予以平阳霉素治疗,实验组在此基础上予以激光治疗.结果：实验组的总有效率显著高于参照组,而不良反应发生率明显低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：在治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤时,平阳霉素外联合进行激光治疗,可提高治疗的效果与安全性.

Objective to explore effective method for the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma. Methods： 64 cases were divided into experimental group and controlgroup, 32 cases each. Reference group shall be treated with pingyangmycin and laser treatment of experimental group on the basis of this. Compare the treatment effect and adversereaction. Results： the overall treatment efficiency is significantly higher than control group, and the probability of adverse reaction is lower than the control group obviously, meet theP 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma, in addition, the use of pingyangmycin can be laser treatmentof joint, in order to improve the effect and safety of treatment.
