利培酮和阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症患者的临床效果比较探讨

目的对比分析精神分裂症患者经利培酮和阿立哌唑治疗的临床效果.方法：随机抽取76 例精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组（38 例,行利培酮治疗）和观察组（38 例,行阿立哌唑治疗）,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果和不良反应的发生情况.结果：（1）对照组的总有效率为71.05%,和观察组的76.32%无显著差异（P〉0.05）.（2）对照组的不良反应发生率为31.58%,明显高于观察组的7.89%（P〈0.05）.结论：利培酮和阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症均具有较好疗效,但阿立哌唑的不良反应较低,安全性优于利培酮,更适合临床应用.

Objective to contrast analysis of patients with schizophrenia by risperidone and manic and pp are the clinical effect of treatment. Methods： 76 patients were randomly selected from our hospital in April 2013～April 2015 schizophrenia patients were studied, and according to the different treatment were divided into control group （38 cases, lines of risperidone therapy） and observation group （38 cases, lines of pp （treatment）, compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results： （1） the comparison, the control group total effective rate was 71.05% （27/38）, and 76.32% of the observation group （29/38） there is no significant statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）. （2） the incidence of adverse reactions was 31.58% in the control group, and the observation group was 7.89%, significantly higher, the difference between groups was significant by statistical analysis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： risperidone and manic and pp in the treatment of schizophrenia have good curative effect, but made pp of adverse reaction is low, the security is better than that of risperidone, more suitable for clinical application.
