观察接种百白破疫苗的儿童进行接种护理的临床效果

目的分析接种百白破疫苗的儿童接种护理效果.方法：选取接种百白破疫苗患儿90 例,随机分为2 组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予接种护理.结果：观察组总有效率为97.78%,对照组为88.89%,差异有统计学意义;观察组护理满意度100%,对照组为91.11%,差异有统计学意义.结论：接种护理用于百白破疫苗,能有效提高护理满意度,帮助患儿早日康复,有临床推广价值.

objective to analysis the DPT vaccine vaccination of children care effect. Methods： from April 2013 to April 2014 the DPT vaccine in children with 90 cases as theresearch object, and randomly divided into 2 groups, control group given routine nursing care, observation group was given inoculation nursing, comparative analysis of two groupsclinical effect and nursing satisfaction. Results： the total effective rate was 97.78%, observing group, control group was 88.89%, the difference was statistically significant.Observation group nursing satisfaction 100%, control group was 100%, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： nursing to the DPT vaccine, can effectively improvenursing satisfaction, help children recover at an early date, has clinical value.
