结直肠癌患者围手术期快速康复外科护理措施效果探究

目的研究分析结直肠癌患者围手术期快速康复外科护理措施效果.方法：选取60 例结直肠癌患者,随机分为干预组以及对照组各30 例,对照组患者使用常规护理干预,干预组实施快速康复护理.结果：干预组患者的护理满意度为100.00%,而对照组为66.67%;干预组患者的住院时间、住院费用以及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：对于结直肠癌患者围手术期,使用快速康复护理进行护理可以取得非常显著的效果.

Objective: To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: a total of 60 cases of colorectal cancer patients as the main research object, by the random number table method the patients were divided into intervention group and control group, 30 cases of patients in each group. Patients in the control group used routine nursing intervention, the intervention group, according to the actual situation of the implementation of fast recovery nursing and nursing effect of patients in the two groups were analyzed. Results: the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 100%, while the control group was 66.67%. The patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: in the perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer, the use of rapid rehabilitation nursing care can achieve very significant results.
