脑外科重症病人肠内营养相关并发症分析

Brain critically ill patients enteral nutrition related complications were analyzed

目的探究脑外科重症病人肠内营养相关并发症,从而及时的采取措施进行干预.方法：对80 例脑外科重症患者进行肠内营养补充,观察患者出现的主要并发症及其引起的原因.结果：4 例患者出现了腹胀腹泻,3 例出现了反流胃潴留、2 例出现了电解质紊乱,2 例出现了血糖升高.并发症的总发生率为13.75%.结论：脑外科重症病人以消化道并发症为主,受到患者病情的严重程度、营养液的补给速度等的影响,需要及时的采取措施做好并发症的预防工作.

objective: to explore the brain severe patients with enteral nutrition related complications, so as to timely take measures to intervene. Methods: 80 cases receiving in our brain surgery in severe cases, according to the Glasgow coma scale evaluation, for the 80 patients with enteral nutrition supplement, observed in patients with complications and main cause of the reason. Results: 80 cases of patients of abdominal distension diarrhoea appeared in 4 patients, 3 patients appeared reflux gastric retention, 2 cases of patients with electrolyte disorder, and 2 patients appeared elevated blood sugar. The total incidence of complications was 13.75%. Conclusion: brain critically ill patients in terms of enteral nutrition related complications, mainly gastrointestinal complications, complications by the severity of the patients and effect of the recharge rate of nutrient, need to take timely measures to do a good job of the prevention of complications.
