优质护理在提高产科护理质量中的应用效果

目的对优质护理在提高产科护理质量中的应用效果予以探讨分析.方法：98 例产妇随机均分为2 组,分别作为对照组（49）与观察组（49）,对对照组产妇实施产科常规护理措施,对观察组产妇在常规护理措施的基础上再实施产科优质护理措施,对比2 组产妇的临床护理效果.结果：观察组产妇的住院时间、总产程时间均明显少于对照组产妇（P〈0.05）;观察组产妇的临床护理满意度为97.96%,明显高于对照组产妇的71.43%（P〈0.05）.结论：将优质护理应用到产科护理中,能够明显缩短产妇的住院时间、总产程时间,提升产妇的临床护理满意度,值得在临床应用中推广.

Objective: To investigate the effect of high quality nursing in improving the quality of obstetric care. Methods: randomly select 98 cases from April 2013 to April 2011 in our hospital obstetrics to receive delivery of the 2 groups, the control group(49) and the observation group(49), the control group of women in the observation group were based on the routine nursing measures, compared with 2 groups of clinical nursing. Results: the hospitalization time and total labor time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant; the clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between P<0.05 and P<0.05. Conclusion: the high quality nursing care in obstetrics nursing, can significantly shorten the time of hospitalization, total labor time, improve the clinical nursing satisfaction, it is worth promoting in clinical application.
