不同术式对骨关节炎患者近期预后影响分析

Analysis of different operative methods on influencing the prognosis in patients with osteoarthritis

目的分析传统膝关节置换术与髌骨整形术对骨关节炎患者近期预后的影响,为临床治疗提供参考依据.方法：选择73 例骨关节炎患者,根据手术方式分为观察组（n=39）和对照组（n=34）,观察组行髌骨整形术治疗,对照组行传统膝关节置换术治疗.结果：两组患者在围术期情况、WOMAC 评分、HSS 评分、关节活动度及术后胫骨倾斜度、力线对位不良度数方面比较差异差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组术后并发症发生率为5.13%,显著低于对照组的23.53%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：传统膝关节置换术与髌骨整形术均可有效改善骨关节炎患者预后,但传统膝关节置换术并发症发生率高于髌骨整形术,值得临床重视.

Objective:Study on the traditional replacement of knee joint and patellar plasty for patients with osteoarthritis affects prognosis in the near future, provides the reference for the clinical treatment.Methods:73 cases of osteoarthritis patients were selected as the research object, according to the operation mode is divided into the observation group(n=39) and control group(n=34), the observation group underwent plastic surgery for the treatment of patella, the control group received traditional knee replacement therapy, the operation condition postoperative tibial slope, the lines of force of dislocation degree, at the time of the latest follow-up joint function evaluation results and incidence of occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:Two groups of patients in the perioperative period, WOMAC score, HSS score, the joint movable degree and postoperative tibial slope, the lines of force of dislocation degree the difference had no statistical difference(P>0.05); the incidence of complications of 5.13% patients in the observation group, significantly lower than the control group 23.53%, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional replacement of knee joint and patellar plasty can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with osteoarthritis, but the traditional knee arthroplasty patella complications were higher in plastic surgery, it is worthy of attention.
