中药独活寄生汤联用穴位贴敷治疗退行性膝关节炎的效果观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨中药独活寄生汤联用穴位贴敷治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床疗效.方法：将2013 年3 月-2014 年3 月上海市奉贤区中医医院收治的退行性膝关节炎患者60 例随机分成2 组（n=30）.对照组单纯口服非甾体消炎止痛类药物;治疗组给予中药独活寄生汤内服结合穴位贴敷治疗.观察2 组患者的临床疗效.结果：治疗组患者临床总有效率为90.67%,明显优于对照组总有效率（80.33%）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.513,P〈0.05）.结论：中药独活寄生汤内服联用穴位敷贴治疗退行性膝关节炎具有确切的临床应用价值,值得推广.
