医用弹力悬吊线在中下面部提升术中的运用

目的采用小切口使用弹力悬吊线进行SMAS 筋膜悬吊治疗中下面部皮肤松弛下垂.方法：对71 例患者,根据面部松弛情况分别在两侧颞部、头皮设计共8 个悬吊点,把SMAS 层及皮下松弛组织向上悬吊.结果：71 例患者术后随访3-24 个月中下面部均得到不同程度的提升,效果满意.结论：采用弹力悬吊线行SMAS筋膜悬吊,具有创伤小、出血少、手术时间短同时并发症少等优点,基本无瘢痕,缩短了恢复时间.

Objective:To explore using the elasticity suspending string to SMAS fascia improve the facial aging. Methods: 71 cases of patien according the facial relaxation degree,we design 8 small suspending points,using elasticity suspending string tighten up the relax skin in periosteum. Results: The 71 patients,the satisfactory results were obtained.Conclusion: Using the medical elasticity suspending string in facial lift is minimally invasive,less bleeding,shorter operation time,fewer complications compared to the traditional,hardly found the incision scar,shorten recoverting time,with broad prospects for development
