小剂量布比卡因复合芬太尼腰-硬联合麻醉用于急诊剖宫产的临床观察

目的观察小剂量布比卡因复合芬太尼腰-硬联合麻醉用于急诊剖宫产临床效果.方法：回顾分析2014 年6 月至2015 年6 月期间我院急诊接诊的88 例剖宫产患者临床资料,根据接诊时间将其分为观察组和对照组,每组44 例产妇.观察组产妇采用小剂量布比卡因复合芬太尼麻醉,对照组产妇采用布比卡因麻醉.对比两组产妇的麻醉等待时间、硬膜外追加药物、术后下肢肌力恢复时间,产妇的心率、血压以及术中不良反应情况.结果：所有患者手术全部成功,无需改变麻醉.观察组产妇硬膜外追加药物率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;并且观察组患者低血压、恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者下肢肌力恢复时间、麻醉起效时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：小剂量布比卡因复合芬太尼腰-硬联合麻醉用于急诊剖宫产临床中,麻醉效果良好,不良反应轻微,麻醉部位准确,安全可靠,值得在临床中推广和应用.

Maternal epidural additional drug rate observation group was obviously lower than the control group, difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05); And the observation group of patients with low blood pressure, the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting significantly lower than the control group differences statistically significant(P < 0.05); Observation group of patients with lower limb muscle recovery time, time of anesthesia effect is obviously shorter than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: small dose of cloth than paid a compound fentanyl waist hard joint anesthesia used in clinical emergency cesarean delivery, anesthesia effect is good, the bad reaction mild, anesthesia position accurate, safe and reliable, is worth popularization and application in clinical.
