心内科主动脉球囊反搏相关血小板减少的药学监护

摘要 主动脉球囊反搏（intra-aortic balloonpump,IABP）是-种抢救心源性休克的常用机械循环辅助设施.感染、出血、血小板减少、肢体缺血栓塞等是IABP常见的并发症,总体发生率在20-30%[1].其中血小板减少与球囊工作时的机械性损伤有关.临床药师在患者应用IABP期间,从血小板减少的机制、药物的选择、药物相互作用等角度,与医生、护士合作协调、达成共识,为患者疾病转归、治疗用药寻求合理解决办法,实施相应药学监护.
