改良式双孔锥颅置管引流术联合尿激酶治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的效果观察

目的探讨改良式双孔锥颅置管引流术联合尿激酶治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床疗效.方法：选取慢性硬膜下血肿患者共100 例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50 例.两组均采用联合尿激酶治疗,对照组患者在此基础上给予传统的单纯锥颅置管引流手术治疗,观察组给予患者改良式双孔锥颅置管引流术治疗,观察患者接受治疗后的临床效果.结果：观观察组患者治疗总有效率和痊愈率要明显高于对照组患者（P〈0.05）.结论：临床上在治疗慢性硬膜下血肿时,可以采用改良式双孔锥颅置管引流术联合联合尿激酶治疗方法,能有效改善患者治疗效果,提高预后质量,获得非常理想的治疗效果.

Objective:To investigate the improved double Kong Zhui cranial catheter drainage clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma. Selection methods: a total of 100 patients with chronic subdural hematoma, according to the admission number, patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group 50 cases each. Control group patients give regular times surgery, patients with observation group was given improved double Kong Zhui cranial catheter drainage treatment, the clinical effect after treatment were observed. Results: Total effective rate and cure rate of observation group patients significantly higher than that of control group patients, treatment effect comparison has obvious differences between groups, P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma clinical disease, can use the improved double Kong Zhui cranial catheter drainage treatment, can effectively improve patient treatment effect, improve the quality of prognosis, obtain ideal therapeutic effect.
