49%氧疗联合康惠尔溃疡贴治疗Ⅲ级放射性皮炎的效果研究

Study of the clinical effect to 49% oxygen therapy combined with Comfeel ulcer paste in treatment Ⅲ level radioactive dermatitis

目的探讨49%氧疗联合康惠尔溃疡贴治疗Ⅲ级放射性皮炎的效果.方法：选取放疗后发生Ⅲ级放射性皮炎的住院肿瘤患者60 例,将其随机分成对照组30 人和研究组30 人.对照组采用常规皮肤护理并用湿润烧伤膏治疗.研究组在常规皮肤护理基础上采用49%氧疗联合康惠尔溃疡贴治疗.结果：治疗3 天研究组疼痛缓解程度显著高于对照组;治疗15d,研究组创面疗效显著优于对照组（P〈O.05）.结论：49%氧疗联合康惠尔溃疡贴治疗放射性Ⅲ级皮炎效果较好,能缩短治疗时间,减少感染,减轻患者的痛苦,值得临床推广.

Objective:to explore the 49% oxygen therapy combined with comfeel ulcer paste for the treatment of level radioactive dermatitis.Ⅲ Methods:From August 2013 to April 2015,60 patients who were hospitalized in The oncology department of the first People's Hospital of Zigong City with Ⅲlevel radioactive dermatitis after radiotherapy.They were randomly divided into two groups with each group 30 cases. Patients in control group were given normal skin care with the moist burn cream treatment.Patients in research group were given 49% oxygen therapy combined with comfeel ulcer paste therapy which was on the basis of routine skin care.Evaluating the effect of radioactive dermatitis wound, degree of pain relief.Results:The research group were significantly higher degree of pain relief than control group after 3 days,and team wound curative effect significantly better than control group after 15 days, the difference of the treatment effect of nursing in two groups was statistically significant(P < o. 05).Conclusion:49% oxygen therapy combined with comfeel ulcer paste Ⅲlevel radioactive dermatitis effect was good, can shorten the treatment time, reduce infection, relieve the suffering of the patients, which was worth clinical promotion.
