优质护理干预在婴幼儿静脉留置针置管的效果观察

目的探讨优质护理干预在婴幼儿静脉留置针置管中的应用效果.方法：选取静脉留置针刺穿进行输液的120 例婴幼儿,随机分成对照组和观察组,其中对照组患儿采取常规护理,观察组患儿在常规护理模式的基础上进行优质护理干预.结果：观察组患儿留置针管脱落、堵塞的发生率,以及不良反应发生率,均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）.观察组患儿家长护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：婴幼儿静脉留置针置管治疗时采用优质护理干预能明显降低不良反应的发生率,减少疼痛,提高护理质量和家长满意度,值得推广.

Objective: To investigate the quality of nursing intervention in infants with intravenous catheter tube application effect. Methods: The infusion of 120 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,Compared two groups of children with treatment and care of children of parents satisfaction.Results: The study group children catheter tube shedding was significantly lower than the control group, the application of the effect is significant, worthy of promoting.
