个性化体位护理在输尿管镜手术中的应用

目的探讨个性化体位护理在输尿管镜手术中的应用效果.方法：将我院190 例输尿管镜手术患者根据住院号分为对照组和实验组.对照组98 例常规安置改良膀胱截石位,实验组实施个性化的体位护理.调查两组患者的手术医生满意度、患者舒适度.结果：两组患者的手术医生满意度、患者舒适度比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：对输尿管镜手术患者实施个性化的体位护理可以提高手术医生的满意度和增加手术患者的舒适度.
