呼吸护理门诊在稳定期COPD患者延续护理中的应用

目的探讨设立呼吸护理门诊在稳定期COPD 患者延续护理中的作用.方法：选择呼吸护理门诊接受专科指导的患者96 例,采用问卷调查方式,将COPD稳定期的患者常需的专科健康指导内容设为问卷,将首次来门诊与完成5 次专科指导后问卷内容进行比较;结果：5 次专科指导后的正确率与首次来门诊时差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论：设立呼吸护理门诊是稳定期COPD 患者一种有效的延续护理方式.

Objestive:Explore the establishment of respiratory care clinics in stable COPD patients in extended care role.Methods:Select 96 patients in January 2015 to June in respiratory care clinic for specialist guidance, using the questionnaire survey, stable COPD patients often require specialist health guidance content to the questionnaire, for the first time to the clinic and completed 5 Compare questionnaire after college guidance;Results:5 times the correct rate after specialist guidance to the clinic for the first time and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusions:Established respiratory care clinic is in stable COPD patients with an effective way of extended care.
