改进纤维支气管镜清洗消毒流程在ICU感染防控护理中的应用效果观察

Improve the cleaning and disinfection of the fiber bronchoscope process application in the ICU infection prevention and control of nursing effect is observed

目的研究改进纤维支气管镜清洗流程对于ICU 感染防控护理的临床效果.方法：2014 年7 月我院ICU 和消毒供应中心联合进行纤维支气管镜清洗消毒流程的改进,以2014 年1 月-2014 年6 月作为对照组,并将2014 年7 月-2014 年12 月作为观察组,比较两组的纤维支气管镜消毒合格率与患者感染率.结果：①观察组镜体部分与纤维支气管镜附件部分的清洗消毒合格率分别为96.00%、94.67%,均显著高于对照组（P 均〈0.05）;②观察组发生医源性感染的患者几率为0,较对照组的8.00%（4/50）有显著下降（P〈0.05）.结论：从多方面对纤维支气管镜清洗消毒流程加以改进,有利于提高纤维支气管镜消毒合格率,降低ICU 感染风险,促进感染防控护理质量的提升,在临床上需引起重视.

objective: to study the improvement of fiber bronchoscope cleaning process for ICU infection prevention and control of nursing clinical effect. Methods: our hospital ICU in July 2014 and disinfection supply center for cleaning and disinfection of the fiber bronchoscope in process improvement, in January 2014- June 2014 as control group, and will be in July, 2014- December 2014 as observation group, compared two groups of patients with fiber bronchoscope disinfection qualified rate and infection rates. Results:(1) to observe the group of the lens body parts with fiber bronchoscope in attachment the cleaning and disinfection of the percent of pass is 96.00%, 94.67% respectively, the comparison between group were significantly higher than that of control group, significant difference(P < 0.05);(2) the observation group patients with iatrogenic infection probability is 0, the control group 8.00%(4/50) had dropped significantly, the difference between groups with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion: fiberoptic bronchoscopy from various perspectives cleaning disinfection process is improved, is conducive to improve the qualified rate of disinfection of fiber bronchoscope, reduce the ICU infection risk, promote the infection prevention and control of nursing quality, need attention in clinic.
