中药饮片基源特点及质量调查分析

目的通过对我院中药房中药饮片的来源包括基源、产地以及质量等与法定标准进行验证分析,正本清源,为临床提供合格、安全、有效的中药饮片服务.方法：调取2013 年度中药房所使用的中药饮片品种的产地、来源等信息,以Excel 形式导出,归类、统计,按照法定标准进行验证分析.结论：调查分析表明我院使用的中药饮片来源和质量基本符合药典或地方标准,并对中药质量管理存在的问题提出解决的方法和建议,确保临床用药的安全、有效.

Objective:From to contract the source of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital with standard in law to provide traditional Chinese medicines which are conformity, safety and efficacy for clinical. Method:From hospital information system to get the message of traditional Chinese medicine about product and so on, using Excel to derive, classify and statistic, then according to standard in law to analyze. Conclusion: The survey indicate that the source and the quality of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital are the same to standard in law mostly, and we come up with some methods and advices in traditional Chinese medicine quality manage to make sure the medicine safety and efficacy in clinical.
