摘要
目的探讨岗前系统化培训对中药房实习期药师综合能力提高效果.方法:选取2007-2012 年40 名实习期药师,随机分为观察组与对照组各20 名.观察组进行岗前系统化培训,对照组给予常规岗前培训.比较两组药师技能考核结果,并分析影响药师综合能力的相关因素.结果: 观察组药师理论考核得分为及基本操作得分均高于对照组(P〈0.05).观察组在服务态度、沟通技巧、团队意识以及工作有序性方面满意度均高于对照组(P〈0.05).结论:岗前系统化培训可以有效调动新药师学习积极性,有利于综合素质的培养.
Objective: To study the effect of pre-job training systematic research on pharmacy pharmacist comprehensive ability.Methods: 40 new the internship period of pharmacists to the pharmacis from 2007~2012 years were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each group.Compared the two groups of pharmacists skill examination results.Results:The observation group pharmacists theory examination score and basic operation score were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The observation group in the service attitude, communication skills, team awareness and work order satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic training can effectively mobilize new pharmacist learning enthusiasm.
