天然澄清剂HACC、CTSB联合用于鼻窦炎口服液的澄清工艺研究

Research clarifying process used for Bidouyan Oral Solution by natural agent of HACC combined CTSB

目的研究天然澄清剂HACC（羟丙基三甲基氯化氨壳聚糖）联合CTSB 用于鼻窦炎口服液的优化澄清工艺.方法：以正丁醇提取物、黄芩苷含量、药液澄清度为主要考察指标,用单因素试验法,优选最佳澄清工艺.结果：优选出的最佳工艺条件：提取液浓缩比为1：6,澄清剂用量为HACC（0.12%）＋CTSB（0.06%）,85 oC 保温8 h,搅拌速度为120 r/min-150 r/min.结论：HACC＋CTSB 天然澄清剂用于鼻窦炎口服液的澄清工艺,效果良好.

Objective: To research an optimised clarifying process of Bidouyan oral solution by HACC combined CTSB; Methods: Select the optimised clarifying process using mono factor design, which took the N-butanol extracted contents, baicalin and the clarity of the oral solution as the main indexes. Results: the optimised clarifying process condition is under 1: 6 contract concentration with amount of 0.12% HACC and 0.06% CTSB(quality:volume), keeping at 85 oC for 8h and stirring under 120 r/min-150 r/min. Conclusion: HACC combined CTSB were used for the clarifying process of Bidouyan oral solution, with good effect.
