加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床研究

目的观察加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效.方法：观察病例共60 例,随机分为两组.治疗组：给加味黄芪桂枝五物汤随证加减,水煎服,日1 剂,分2 次口服,30 天为1 疗程,同时口服降糖药物或胰岛素治疗,空腹血糖控制在4.4-7.8mmol/L.对照组口服降糖药物或胰岛素治疗,空腹血糖控制在4.4-7.8mmol/L,依帕司他50mg 口服3 次/日,甲钴胺片0.5mg 口服3 次/日.疗程同治疗组.结果：与对照组比较：X^2=3.27,P〈0.05.
