活血益心丸结合二级预防对冠心病心绞痛的康复探讨

目的探讨活血益心丸结合二级预防对冠心病心绞痛的康复效果.方法：将90 例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成治疗组及对照组,各45 例.两组均按冠心病二级预防治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用活血益心丸治疗3 周.观察治疗前后的临床疗效及心电图改善情况.结果：心电图改善情况,治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为84.4%、71.1%,差异有统计学意义意义（P〈0.05）.临床症状改善情况,治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为88.8%、73.3%,差异有统计学意义意义（P〈0.05）.结论：活血益心丸结合二级预防能显著改善冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状,改善心肌缺血.

Objective: To study the effect of two levels of prevention on coronary heart disease angina pectoris by using the method of 45 levels of coronary heart disease, 90 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two cases were treated with 3 levels of coronary heart disease. Results: the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 84.4%, 71.1%, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). For the improvement of clinical symptoms, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 88.8%, 73.3% and two respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion: combined with the two levels of prevention can improve the clinical symptoms and improve myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary heart disease.
