六味地黄丸治疗卵巢早衰的实验研究

目的探究六味地黄丸治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果.方法：选取100 例卵巢早衰患者,随机分为2 组,对照组仅给予西药激素替代治疗,实验组在西药激素替代治疗的基础上联合六味地黄丸治疗,对比2 组治疗的效果.结果：2 组患者经相关治疗后,其血E2、FSH、LH 水平较治疗前均有明显改善（P〈0.05）.实验组改善程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：六味地黄丸与西药激素替代联合治疗,可以有效改善患者的血E2、FSH、LH 水平,促进患者卵巢功能的恢复.

objective to explore the effect of liuwei dihuang pill in the treatment of ovarian premature aging.Methods select 100 cases of patients with ovarian premature senility,randomly divided into 2 groups,control group only given hormone replacement therapy,western medicine group in hormone replacement therapy on the basis of western medicine combined treatment of liuwei dihuang pill,contrast the effect of two groups.Results two groups of patients with ovarian premature aging after treatment,the blood E2,FSH,LH levels before the treatment were improved significantly （P〈0.05）.Improved the experimental group is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Liuwei dihuang pill in the treatment of ovarian premature aging effect is good,with the western medicine combination treatment with hormone,can effectively improve the patient＇s blood E2,FSH,LH levels,promote the recovery of patients with ovarian function.
