螺旋CT引导肺癌射频消融治疗应用及近期疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究在螺旋CT 的引导下使用射频消融方式进行肺癌治疗后所取得的临床近期疗效.方法:收治肺癌患者76 例,在螺旋CT 引导下进行射频消融治疗,于3 个月内进行胸部复查,观察其并发症发生率与近期疗效.结果:治疗后,总显效率为76.32%.皮下气肿(6例)、气胸(14 例)、血痰(8 例)、发热(48 例)等并发症在经过对症治疗后全部好转.结论:CT 引导下射频消融治疗肺癌具有显著疗效,值得推广应用. objective: to explore the spiral CT guided by way of using radiofrequency ablation for lung cancer after treatment of clinical curative effect in the near future. Methods: a total of 76 patients with lung cancer, under the guidance of spiral CT for radio frequency ablation, chest review within 3 months, the incidence of complications and the recent curative effect was observed. Results: after treatment, the total effective rate was 76.32%. Subcutaneous emphysema(6 cases), and pneumothorax(14 cases), blood in phlegm(8 cases), fever(48 cases), and other complications after symptomatic treatment all around. Conclusion: the clinical treatment of lung cancer, radiofrequency ablation has significant curative effect, together with the auxiliary spiral CT, treatment of lesions will be more accurate.
