全科医生临床教学团队建设途径的探索

我校作为河南省全科医学转岗培训基地,带教了数批全科医师,尤其在全科医生临床教学的师资队伍建设途径方面进行了探索,形成特色鲜明、素质优良,集全科理念、临床、教学、科研于一体的全科临床教学团队,为全科医学教学提供了经验和可行性运作模式.

As henan job-transfer training base in general medicine in our school,teaching a few group of general practitioners,especially in the gp clinical teaching has explored the way of teaching staff construction, form characteristic, quality excellent,general idea,clinical,teaching and scientific research in the integration of general clinical teaching team, provides the general medical teaching experience and feasible operation model.
