钙受体激动剂治疗慢性肾衰竭继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的应用进展

摘要 慢性肾衰竭(CRF)常见的并发症为继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(SHPT),可引起肾性骨营养不良、血管和心瓣膜钙化,使心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率增高.SHPT的传统治疗主要为补充钙剂、磷结合剂、活性维生素D,但只能部分改善甲旁亢,并且可引起高磷血症、高钙血症及钙磷乘积升高等副作用.近年来,临床对钙敏感受体(CaSR)激动剂盐酸西那卡塞特(Cinacalcet hydrochloride)的研究取得了较大进展,为SHPT治疗提供了新的选择,本文予以综述.
