摘要
研究开发了一种利用"高温好氧消化技术"的小型餐厨垃圾处理设备,处理量为100kg/d,通过筛选驯化能对厨余垃圾进行有效处理的菌种,将厨余垃圾进行油水分离后,调整厨余垃圾的含水率至55%,接种底物1%的菌制剂,通过PLC温度控制系统控制温度,对厨余垃圾进行转化处理。进行发酵处理后的产物基本满足国家有机肥标准,可做有机肥料进行再利用,并且降低致病菌繁殖危害。这种小型的厨余垃圾处理设备,能针对性地对呈"散点状"分布的学校及交通干线沿线的餐厨垃圾进行处理。
One new type of device applied to treat small scale kitchen waste was built based on the thermophilic aerobic digestion technology.The device could dispose 100 kilogram wastes per day.The strain were selected and tamed first of all.The oil and water were separated from the waste.The water content of the waste was adjusted to 55%.One percent of Bacterial preparation was inoculated.The waste was heated for fermentation treatment.The yields after fermentation could meet national fertilizer standard and used as organic fertilizers.The device could dis-pose small scale kitchen wastes such as the small restaurants in schools and the restaurants along the main transpor-tation roads.
