论党的纯洁性建设的内化机制——基于态度形成理论的分析

On the Internalization Mechanism for the Promotion of the Party 's Purity——An Analysis Based on the Theory of Attitude Formation

党员行为由"刻意、不自然",到"刻意、自然",再到"不经意、自然"的过程,即是党的纯洁性建设有效内化的过程。从以内化主体为本的视角出发,参照有效内化的基本条件,应从以下几个方面入手,构建党的纯洁性建设的内化机制:优化教育机制,提高内化能力;优化动力机制,激发内化心向;优化体验机制,拓展内化途径;优化固化机制,提升内化保障。

The process of Party members＇ behavior to transit from ＂deliberate, unnatural＂ to ＂deliberate, natural＂ and to ＂inadvertent, natural＂ is an effective internalization process for the promotion of the Party＇s purity. With subjects in the internalization as bases and the basic conditions of effective internalization as references, the internalization mechanism for the promotion of the Party ＇s purity should meet the following criteria： optimizing education mechanism and improving internalization ability; optimizing dynamic mechanism and stimulating internalization drives; optimizing experience mechanism and expanding internalization approaches; optimizing curing mechanism and enhancing internalization guarantee.
