摘要
本文从湾区经济理论和实践相结合的角度,探析了产业空间置换对深圳湾区城市发展战略的作用与贡献。作为房地产金融新模式,湾区城市发展基金能够帮助深圳在周边诸市建设保障性住房,满足深圳住房市场需求,为其产业发展腾出新空间。本文探讨了湾区城市发展基金异地建设保障房的必要性、可行性以及对应路径,并给出了相应的政策建议。
Based on the theory and practice of bay economy, this article analyzes the contributions of the industrial spatial displacement to the urban development strategy for the bay area of Shenzhen. As a new mode of real estate finance, urban development fund for the bay area will help Shenzhen build s affordable housing in surrounding cities, which meets the real estate demand in Shenzhen, and brings extra space for the industry development. This paper mainly discusses the necessity, feasibility and corresponding path for the urban development fund for the bay area in Shenzhen, and gives some corresponding policy advices.
