摘要
采用SH/T 0619中的方法对添加了同一种复合剂的不同船用柴油机油基础油的分水性能进行了测定,发现添加了同一种复合剂的不同基础油的分水结果存在较大差异。从油水界面张力和油水界面剪切黏度两个方面考察界面性质与分水性的关系。结果表明:基础油HVIⅡ-10,HVI750,HVI150BS的分水性依次变差,界面张力依次变低,界面剪切黏度依次变高。基础油所含芳烃和胶质等极性组分越高,其分水性越差。加入复合剂后,基础油的油水界面张力降低,界面剪切黏度增加,乳状液的稳定性提高。随着剪切速率的增加,界面剪切黏度逐渐降低。界面张力越低,界面剪切黏度越高,乳状液越稳定,分水性越差。
According to SH/T 0619, the water separation properties of HVI [[-10, HVI750, HVI150BS base oils for marine diesel engine lubricant were determined after the addition of the same composite additive. The relationships between water separation and oil/water interfacial tension as well as interfacial shear viscosity were then investigated. The results show that the water separation abilities become worse in the order of HVI 11-10, HVI750, HVI150BS, the interracial tension lowers and the interfacial shear viscosity rise in the same order. It is found that the more aromatics and resins in the base oils, the poorer the water separation property. The additive reduces the interfacial tension and increases the interfacial shear viscosity of the system, resulting in more stable emulsion. The shear vis- cosity decreases as the shear rate increases. It is concluded that the lower the interfacial tension, the higher the interfacial shear viscosity, the greater the stability of the emulsion, and the poorer the water separation.
