摘要
目的探讨产前超声诊断胎儿脑膨出畸形的临床价值。方法对我院近4年来发现的胎儿脑膨出畸形进行回顾分析。结果 93 216例孕妇中共发现20例,其中单纯性脑膨出5例,合并其他畸形15例,所有病例均经引产或病检证实。结论超声操作简单、重复性好、图形清晰、检出率高,可作为妇产科医院孕妇首选的、无创伤的最佳检查手段之一。
Objective： To explore the clinical value of prenatal diagnosis of fetal encephalocele with ultrasound.Methods： In our hospital for nearly four years found encephalocele malformation were retrospectively analyzed. Results： 20 cases were fetal encephalocele with prenatal ultrasound in 93216 cases, simple encerhalocele in 5 cases, combination of other deformity 15cases, and confirmed with abortion and autopsy findings. Conclusions： Ultrasonic simple operation, good repeatability, clearing image, high detection, can be used as pregnant, one of the best examination means of noninvasive.
