摘要
目的采用彩色多普勒超声检测同龄性早熟女童和正常女童的子宫、卵巢形态、大小的改变,探讨性早熟女童子宫、卵巢的形态学改变,提高特发性性早熟的诊断正确率。方法采用彩色多普勒超声测量87例临床诊断性早熟女童及同龄正常女童子宫、卵巢各径线、容积,子宫内膜线及卵巢内卵泡情况,并对各项测值进行比较。结果特发性性早熟女童子宫各径线大于正常同龄女童(P<0.05);随着分期的增高,子宫和卵巢的容积、最大卵泡直径增大越明显。结论超声检测可以直接反映女童子宫和卵巢的形态学改变,对女童特发性性早熟的诊断及鉴别诊断具有较大的临床价值。
Objective: Using color doppler ultrasonography detection age precocious puberty gids and girls' normal uterus, ovarian morphology, the size of the change, explore precocious puberty girls of uterus, ovarian morphology change, increase the diagnostic accuracy of idiopathic precocious puberty. Methods: Using color doppler ultrasound measurement of 87 cases of clinical diagnosis of precocious puberty girls and age-matched normal female uterus, ovarian diameter line, volume, line of endometrium and ovarian follicles, and carries on the comparison to the measured values. Results: Idiopathic precocious puberty girls uterus each lines is greater than the normal age girls (P〈0.05) ~ As the stage increased, uterine and ovarian volume, maximum follicle diameter increases, the more obvious. Conclusion: Ultrasound can directly reflect the girls with uterine and ovarian morphological changes, the girl' s diagnosis and differential diagnosis of idiopathic precocious puberty has great clinical value.
