低温条件下生物接触氧化反应器净化河水挂膜研究 被引量:4

Study on Biofilm Formation in Biological Contact Oxidation Reactor for Purification of River Water at Low Temperature

摘要 在低温条件下采用闷曝排泥法进行生物接触氧化反应器净化河水的挂膜试验,考察了进水污染物浓度变化时反应器除污效果以及填料上生物相的变化情况。结果表明:挂膜期间,低温对异养菌的活性及COD的去除效果影响较小,但随原水污染物浓度的逐渐降低,反应器对COD的去除率呈现降低趋势,平均去除率为50.5%;低温对硝化细菌的活性产生抑制,使NH+4-N的去除率维持在较低水平,平均去除率为26.4%;系统中总磷主要通过排泥去除,平均去除率在16.6%左右。更换河水后,系统稳定运行时对COD、NH+4-N、TP的平均去除率分别为34.3%、34.8%、54.6%。 The experiment of biofilm formation in a biological contact oxidation reactor for purification of river water was conducted by aerated sludge discharge method at low temperature. The removal efficiency of pollutants in the reactor and the change of biofacies on the fillers were investigated with different influent pollutant concentrations. The results showed that during the biofilm formation, low temperature had limited influence on the activity of heterotrophic bacteria and COD removal effect, and the removal rate of COD had a downward trend with the gradual decrease of the pollutant concentrations in the influent, and its average removal rate was 50.5 %. The activity of nitrobacteria was inhibited by low temperature, the removal rate of NH4 - N remained at a low level, its average removal rate was 26.4%. TP was mainly removed by sludge discharge, and its average removal rate was about 16.6%. After replacement of river water, the average removal rates of COD, NH4^+ - N and TP were 34.3%, 34.8% and 54.6% respectively when the system was stable.
