摘要
以实际污泥输送工程中脱水污泥工艺段的数据为依据,从以往的文献报道中选取了两个简单且较适合计算污泥管道输送阻力的模型来进行验证。对比发现,膏体充填管道输送阻力模型比较适合脱水污泥(含水率在80%左右)管道输送阻力的计算。根据模型算出的管道输送阻力可进一步求得污泥输送泵的油缸压力,指导污泥输送泵的选型,具有较好的工程意义。
Two simple models drawn from the previous literatures which were suitable for sludge pipeline resistance calculation were validated based on the data collected from the dewatered sludge process in a real sludge transportation engineering. Through the contrast, it was found that the paste filling pipeline resistance model was more suitable for the dewatered sludge ( moisture content of about 80% ) pipeline resistance calculation. The cylinder pressure of sludge pump could be calculated based on the pipeline resistance calculated through the model. This method can provide guidance for the selection of sludge pump with good engineering significance.
