先进的GIS信息处理和详细模型分析为重庆市排水防涝规划的编制提供了强大的科学依据。最富有挑战的模型范围包括269 km2的都市核心区,16个流域的全流域管网精细水文水力模型。模型通过一维、二维耦合,模拟分析了各种地形地貌、管网特征、城市发展和水文气象,从系统宏观和局部揭示了都市核心区的排水能力局限性和内涝风险成因。模型评估结果支撑了因地制宜的系统性工程规划,包括传统管渠及调蓄设施、雨水控制及资源化利用、超标泄流路径和非工程措施等。
The advanced GIS data processing and detailed model analysis provided strong scientific basis for the compilation of drainage and waterlogging prevention planning for Chongqing. The most challenging model was the detailed hydraulic model covering the city center area of 269 km2 and 16 basins. The various landforms, network characteristics, urban development and hydrometeorology were simulated by 1D and 2D coupling. The limitations of the drainage capacity and causes of waterlogging risk in the city center area were revealed macroscopically and locally. The results of the model assessment supported the systemic project planning that suits the local conditions, including traditional pipe culvert and storage facilities, rainwater control and resource utilization, as well as excessive discharge path and non-engineering measures.
