虫草饲料添加剂对畜禽生产性能和免疫调节的影响以及其应用前景

Effects of Cordyceps Feed Additives on Performance and Immunomodulation in Animals Production and Its Application Prospect

冬虫夏草是中国传统的药材,具有调节免疫系统,辅助其他药物治疗等多种功效。然而由于来源稀少、价格昂贵等原因,冬虫夏草的使用受到了制约。目前,通过虫草菌丝培养技术,可以人工大量生产虫草类饲料添加剂,大大降低了成本,并将其应用于畜禽生产中。本文对虫草饲料添加剂的功能性成分、药理学作用及其在畜禽生产中的应用效果进行了综述,并对其应用前景进行分析,以期为生产实践提供理论依据和参考价值。

Cordyceps is a traditional Chinese medicinal material,which has a variety of functions including adjusting the immune system,assisting others drugs for treatment and other effects.Nevertheless,the application of cordyceps remains restricted,by reason of being rare in nature,stiff price and so on.Currently,cordyceps feed additives has been produced in large scale by cordycepssinesis cultivation technology,which can decrease the cost and apply to livestock production.This article reviewed the functional ingredients,pharmacological effects of cordycepsfeed additives and its application effects in livestock,and also analyses the application prospect of cordyceps feed additives,in order to provide theory basis and reference value in animal production.
