用湿度计测定药物溶液冰点的初步探索

Determination of the freezing point of drug solutions by humidity meter

目的尝试用湿度计测定药物溶液的冰点。方法以Na Cl溶液为模型,采用湿度计测定溶液的冰点,并与现有的冰点仪直接测量法进行比较。结果与结论湿度计测定的冰点值与冰点仪直接测量法的测定值基本一致;所用方法简便易行,结果可靠。

OBJECTIVE To determine the freezing point of drug solutions by humidity meter. METHODS The freezing point of Na Cl solutions was determined with a humidity meter,and was compared with that determined with a cryoscope. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The freezing point determined with the humidity meter was generally comparable to that determined with the cryoscope.The method is simple and rapid,and the result is reliable.
