摘要
目的用HPLC分析胸腺法新的肽图。方法用TPCK-胰蛋白酶裂解和RP-HPLC法测定胸腺法新的肽图,用ESILC/MS技术分析肽段的精确相对分子量。结果根据肽段的色谱保留时间,相对分子质量归属肽图中肽段所在的色谱峰。结论所用方法精密度高、重复性好,可为胸腺法新的质量分析和控制提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To analyze peptide mapping of Thymalfasin by HPLC. METHODS The peptide mapping of Thymalfasin was analyzed by TPCK- trypsin- digestion and reverse phase- HPLC,and the relative molecular was tested by ESI- LC / MS.RESULTS The peptide fragments of Thymalfasin were assigned by the retention time and relative molecular. CONCLUSION Peptide mapping analysis of Thymosin by HPLC is accurate and reproducible,and can provide the basis for quality control of Thymalfasin.
