HPLC同时测定参苓白术胶囊中的5种有效成分

Simultaneous determination of five effective components in Shenling Baishu capsule by HPLC

目的采用HPLC法同时测定参苓白术胶囊中5种有效成份的含量。方法采用梯度洗脱法测定制剂中去氢土莫酸、猪苓酸C、茯苓酸、薯蓣皂苷元和尿囊素的含量。结果 5.27-105.40μg·mL^-1（r=0.9998）去氢土莫酸、4.30-86.00μg·mL^-1（r=0.9995）猪苓酸C、5.25-105.00μg·mL^-1（r=0.9997）茯苓酸、4.26-85.20μg·mL^-1（r=0.9994）薯蓣皂苷元和6.91-138.20μg·mL^-1（r=0.9999）尿囊素与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为97.77%、97.27%、98.13%、96.93%、99.37%,RSD分别为1.42%、1.07%、0.96%、1.10%、0.56%（n=6）。结论所用方法简便、快捷、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 5 effective components in Shenling Baishu capsule（ SBC）. METHODS The contents of dehydrotumulosic acid,polyporenic acid C,pachymic acid,diosgenin and allantoin were determined by HPLC. RESULTS Dehydrotumulosic acid,polyporenic acid C,pachymic acid,diosgenin and allantoin had good linearity at 5. 27- 105. 40 μg·mL^-1（ r = 0. 9998）,4. 30- 86. 00 μg·mL^-1（ r = 0. 9995）,5. 25- 105. 00 μg·mL^-1（ r = 0. 9997）,4. 26- 85. 20 μg·mL^-1（ r = 0. 999 4）,6. 91- 138. 20 μg·mL^-1（ r = 0. 9999）,respectively. The average recoveries（ RSD,n = 6） were97. 77%（ 1. 42%）,97. 27%（ 1. 07%）,98. 13%（ 0. 96%）,96. 93%（ 1. 10%） and 99. 37%（ 0. 56%）,respectively. CONCLUSION The quantitative method for determining the ingredients of SBJ is simple,feasible and repeatable,and is beneficial to quality control of SBC.
