摘要
为解决准东煤田巨厚煤层开采问题,对比分析了分层大采高综采、分层大采高综采和综放相结合、分层综放开采三种采法,认为B1煤层开采应采用分层综放开采,合理割煤高度在5.0m以下,可分三层进行开采,减少煤层重复揭露次数,降低采空区自然发火几率。此外,开采可能面临覆岩控制、瓦斯、设备可靠性等问题,应加强防范。
Aiming at the problems of extremely thick coal seam mining in East Junggar Coalfield,comparative analysis was conducted for layered fully mechanized high cutting mining,combination of layered fully mechanized high cutting and top coal caving,and layered fully mechanized top coal caving,the result showed that the 3rd method should be selected for B1 seam,with a reasonable coal cutting height of 5. 0m or less,which can be divided into three layers,to reduce opening of the coal seam and the risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf. And prevention measures should be taken for mining overburden control,spontaneous combustion,gas,equipment reliability and other issues.
