煤炭矿区总体规划环境影响评价中生态需水量计算

摘要 以新疆三塘湖矿区总体规划环评为例,介绍了煤炭矿区总体规划环境影响评价中涉及的生态需水量的计算方法和过程,计算结果表明,取水工程下游必须保证的生态需水量为485万m3/a,若忽略了生态需水量的计算,将导致评价中水资源承载力分析出现较大偏差,并进一步导致评价结论出现较大偏差。 This paper takes Xinjiang Santanghu mining area planning environmental impact assessment( EIA) as example,to describe the ecological water requirement calculation methods and procedures in the mining area planning EIA. The results show that,the downstream of the water intake project must ensure an ecological water requirement of 4. 85 million m3/ a,ignorance of ecological water requirement calculations will lead to a deviation in the water resources bearing capacity analysis of the mining area planning EIA,and further lead to a larger deviation of evaluation conclusions.
