摘要
为实现筒仓群分区段施工,达到减少施工周期的目的,以新矿公司洗煤厂筒仓群中的3号仓(第二区段)的分区段施工为背景,分析研究了分区段滑模施工的工艺,并通过改进液压滑模系统,将滑模的操作平台改造成悬吊平台,在支撑杆的基础上增加吊杆、滑轨和滑轮等技术措施保证分区段滑膜技术顺利施工。实践结果表明,采用分区段滑模技术可以大幅缩短工期,达到了预期的效果。
To realize divisional construction of silos group, and shorten construction period, the paper took the construction practice in a coal preparation plant as engineering background,studied the divisional slip form construction technology,through the improvement of hydraulic slip form system,the slid form operation platform was transformed into suspension platform,besides the support rod,boom,slide rail and a pulley and other technical measures were applied to ensure the smooth construction of divisional slip- form technology. The practical results show that,the construction period is significantly shortened,achieving expected effect.
